Photography and Videography

Utah Energy Healing Center may photograph, film, or record video during classes, workshops, certifications, private sessions, public events, and other activities held at our facility.

By registering for or attending any service or event, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of your name, image, likeness, voice, and participation in photographs, video recordings, and other media created by Utah Energy Healing Center.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, social media, website, print, and other lawful business purposes without additional notice or compensation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, videos, recordings, and other media created by or on behalf of Utah Energy Healing Center remain the exclusive property of Utah Energy Healing Center.

Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings must submit a written request to Utah Energy Healing Center before the event begins. Upon receiving such written notice, Utah Energy Healing Center will make reasonable efforts to honor the request; however, due to the nature of group events, incidental appearances in photographs or video recordings cannot be guaranteed to be avoided.

The presence or participation of guest instructors, contractors, musicians, facilitators, or collaborators in any event does not grant ownership, copyright, licensing rights, or distribution rights to any photographs, video recordings, promotional materials, or other media created by or for Utah Energy Healing Center unless expressly agreed to in a written contract signed by both parties.
