All instruments, sound healing products, accessories, and other merchandise purchased from Utah Energy Healing Center are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incompatibility, or products that have been used after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and inspecting the product before completing an in-person purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged before being received by the customer, please contact Utah Energy Healing Center as soon as possible. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Any manufacturer warranty does not constitute a refund or return policy from Utah Energy Healing Center.

ONLINE OR SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders, pre-orders, custom orders, and products ordered specifically for a customer are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the supplier.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
