🌿 AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture will be facilitated by:

Owner of Utah Family Acupuncture and Herbs
Brighton will use ASP ear needles, tiny single-use, gold-plated metal needles placed on specific points of the ear to provide continued stimulation after the event.
The intention of the acupuncture portion will be to support participants who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression-related symptoms, and/or pain, as part of a complementary wellness experience.
The ASP needles may remain in place for approximately 2–7 days, or until they naturally fall out. They can also be removed with tweezers if desired.
✨ The gold-plated needles are manufactured in France and do not contain latex or nickel.
✨ You may shower or bathe while wearing them; simply pat the ears dry gently.
✨ ASP needles must be removed before an MRI.
Prefer not to receive needles?
Participants may choose ear seeds or pellets instead.
